This fall Westin Homes will continue building our award-winning homes in Harvest Green's newest expansion. Look for our most popular plans & designs along with a few new surprises. Harvest Green was awarded 2021's Best Overall Community by the Texas Association of Builders and we are excited to be once again building our homes in Houston's original "agrihood;" conveniently located in Fort Bend County in Richmond, Texas, with easy access to Sugar Land and Katy. The new section will offer additional community amenities, with parks, trails, green space, and a pool planned. Residents will have access to the existing Harvest Green amenities, including the Village Farm. Oyster Creek winds through the new property for approximately 1.7 miles, adding to its natural appeal.
